Benchmark has been designing and building pre-fabricated steel buildings since 1999. That’s when partners Paul Just and Joseph DelMastro, with a combined 44 years of experience in the industry, decided to start their own business.

Benchmark’s mission is to provide quality pre-engineered steel buildings as a viable alternative to conventional—and more expensive—building materials. With Benchmark’s help, businesses, nonprofits, and even families have come to see that steel buildings are modern, safe, clean, and a perfect fit for their needs. 

Benchmark Partners
Paul Just has a degree in industrial technology construction management, and has worked in the building industry since 1990. Paul handles the estimating, project management, and business administration for Benchmark.

Joseph DelMastro has worked in many facets of the construction industry since 1985. His specialty is excavation and concrete installations. Joseph is Benchmark’s project superintendent, a skill he has developed over many years of overseeing construction projects.
